How does remote consulting work?
Schedule a remote session and make payment via PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Click on the Pay Now button below and fill out the Contact Us form with details.
- Remote sessions are schedule for 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
When you schedule the session (i.e. click Pay Now), please indicate a couple of dates and times and your phone number. It helps if you can briefly state your questions or problems to help me be better prepared for our session. You’ll receive an email confirmation of the date and time for the remote session.
You will receive an email with a link to set up the remote session using WebEx. This allows me to see QuickBooks on your computer or share my QuickBooks with you while we talk on the phone. At the end of the remote session, the connection is terminated and I no longer have access to your computer.
