    Hi Michelle,
Kind of a strange question- I’m trying to have a client move all her client and billing info from Billings Pro software to QuickBooks (of course!). Their software is buggy in such a way that she’ll have to claim that she charges Sales Tax in order to Import to QuickBooks… and of course we’ll set the Sales Tax to 0%, but do you know if there are serious implications for this? We want to do it as a workaround but I don’t want to put my client at risk. Thank you!!

    Hi Michelle,

Hope you’re enjoying your holiday and won’t read this until tomorrow! I’m just catching up on emails and found your link to this page for the webinars on Pivot Tables which I just can’t seem to get through my head. I’ve been to Excel classes & understand the basic examples they give but can’t quite get how to use them in my work. I would LOVE to join your webinar but, perhaps because it’s still morning & I haven’t finished my coffee, I can’t see how to register. I’ve downloaded Simpler than you Think & your post says to register for the two on the 18th & 25th but there is no link there to do so. Please point me in the right direction.

I’m a member of your blog, have purchased your book, even met you in Chicago last summer & truly appreciate all you offer to the rest of us!
