    Hi Michelle,
Just wanted to let you know that there’s a hjuge Intuit advert that’s covering the link to your Q & A session- that might be why people aren’t seeing an easy way to sogn up. You might add it elsewhere too, or perhaps move it so folks can se it better… 🙂 (sorry for the typos, couldn’t edit once I’d written this)

Can Quickbooks Accountant 2012 be used remotely? If my client is located in SC and I’m in OH, what’s the best way to use this product to maintain their books? Is there a better solution that you could recommend?

Jim — so other people can benefit from your Question & the answer, can you post it as a discussion in the Linkedin Group? There’s a link to the group in the blog post above. Thanks! 🙂

    Hi Michelle,

In my Alerts, I have a huge list of unpaid invoices. What I did before I got smart was put all my credit card purchases in account payables and then write checks to the a/p account. The invoices never go away. Is there an easy fix? I need the fix for myself and a few clients too. We all still live in a checkbook world I guess.

Thank you for this website and all your year round help!!

The Q&A event is in my Linkedin group — It would be great if you could post your question there (for the benefit of others who want to read the Q&A too). Plus, if you post it during the event (1:30 – 2:30 CT) you may win QB Accountant 2012.

Great idea! Should we post questions in advance, or are the questions taken during the actual time frame?

I’m a little confused about how this might work.

You can post questions now, but if you want a chance to win you need to post during the ‘live’ time tomorrow when all 3 of us will be answering questions.

Hi! I am starting to prepare for the Advanced QB Certification exam. What is the best way to do it. Will there be an archive of this call. Thanks!!

Hi Keith! It isn’t a call — the Q&A is in my Linkedin Group so the discussions will still be there. Best way to prep for the Adv cert is to print out all the questions and go through them as you go through the course materials.
